Kamaboko Roll
This is a simple recipe that just requires a little modification to kamaboko. It can also be used with kamaboko used for New Year's or other celebrations.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Nori (half cut)
- 1 sheet
- Kamaboko
- 150g
- Wasabi
- A little
How to make it
1. Cut the kamaboko into two pieces.
2. Spread a thin layer of wasabi between the pieces.
3. Stack the kamaboko, roll it up tightly in nori, and place the end of the roll facing down.
4. When serving, cut into bite-sized pieces.
5. Arrange on top and it's done.
