About ordering
Q: How much is shipping?
A. Nationwide flat rate shipping: 770 yen. Free shipping for orders totaling 5,400 yen or more (tax included) per delivery. *In addition to the above, there may be additional shipping charges for Okinawa Prefecture, some areas, remote islands, etc.
Room temperature and refrigerated shipping cannot be combined. Separate shipping fees will apply for each item.
In addition, if an order is placed for multiple items together, it will be cancelled.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Q. Can I order by email or phone?
A. We do not accept orders via email or telephone.
Please order from our online shop.

Q. Can I cancel or change my reservation?
A. You can add, change or cancel your order within 20 minutes of placing it.
If you are interested, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right.
If you wish to change your order, you may need to cancel and place a new order depending on the changes you wish to make.
We will not be able to add, change or cancel any orders after the above date.
If you contact us, we may respond on the next business day.
Q. Can I have a carrier bag provided?
A. If you wish, you can purchase a carrier bag (fee applies; each bag costs 33 yen (tax included)).
Q. Can I have a gift tag attached?
A. Please select the desired gift tag on the order screen.
You can choose the type of wrapping that best suits your needs. You can choose between inner wrapping and outer wrapping.

About Shipping
Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A. Generally, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days after you place it.
Please note that delivery may be delayed if the product is out of stock or before holidays such as Obon and New Year's.
*Excludes Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
Q. I would like to change the delivery date.
A. We cannot change the delivery date and time after an order has been placed.
If you wish to change the delivery date and time, please check the tracking number and delivery company listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email" sent to you on the shipping date, and then contact the delivery company directly.
Q. Can I give it to someone without revealing the price?
A. Please rest assured that we will not send anything that reveals the price to the recipient.
About the Service
Q. About returns and exchanges
A. Because this is a food product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience.
However, if the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.
Once we receive your returned item, we will either exchange it for a new one or refund you.
If you are unable to receive the product after it has been shipped for any reason, we may forward it to the orderer or return it to our company, and charge you for the product price and shipping costs.
Q. Can I get a receipt or a delivery note?
A. You can download an invoice-compatible receipt in PDF format from your purchase history (credit card payments only).
You can print out a receipt as a PDF file from your My Page from the day after the product has been shipped.
This is a one-time download only and will not be reissued.
Receipts cannot be issued in the case of returns or cancellations.
For deferred payment, the official receipt is the "payment receipt" on the invoice "payment handling slip." In the case of a bank, the receipt is the "transfer slip."
Q. When will I receive the deferred payment invoice?
A. The deferred payment invoice will be sent by mail from Net Protections, Inc. and will arrive at your registered address approximately one week after the product arrives.
Q. Can I send it overseas?
A. We currently do not ship overseas.
Q. How do I use a discount code?
[For PC]
①Enter your coupon code in the "Discount Code" field on the payment screen and press the "Use" button. After pressing the button, the discount amount will be displayed.
[For mobile phones and smartphones]
① Tap "Order Details" at the top of the payment screen to display the "Discount Code" field.
②Enter the coupon code you received in the email into the "Discount Code" field and press the "→" button. After pressing the button, the discount amount will be displayed.
