About ordering
Q: How much is shipping?
A. Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu: 770 yen (1,100 yen for refrigerated delivery)
Okinawa: 1,650 yen (both normal and cool delivery)
Shipping is free for orders over 7,560 yen (tax included) per delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.
Room temperature and refrigerated shipping cannot be combined. Separate shipping fees will apply for each item.
Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Q. Can I order by email or phone?
A. We do not accept orders via email. For orders by phone, please see below.

Please note that when ordering by phone, credit card payments and convenience store payments cannot be used.
Q. Can I cancel or change my reservation?
A. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes due to customer convenience.
Q. Can I have a carrier bag provided?
A. Customers who wish to use a carrier bag can purchase one (fee applies; 11 yen (tax included) per bag).
Q. Can I have a gift tag attached?
A. Please select the gift tag you would like on the order screen.
You can choose the wrapping style that best suits your needs. You can choose between inner wrapping and outer wrapping.
About Shipping
Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A. In principle, your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery may be delayed if the product is out of stock or before consecutive holidays such as Obon and New Year's.

Q. I would like to change the delivery date.
A. We cannot change the delivery date and time after an order has been placed.
If you wish to change the delivery date and time, please check the tracking number and delivery company listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email" sent to you on the shipping date, and then contact the delivery company directly.
Q. Can I give it to someone without revealing the price?
A. We will not send anything indicating the price to the recipient.
About the Service
Q. About returns and exchanges
A. We will not accept cancellations after shipping arrangements have been completed, or returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery, due to customer reasons.
If you find any quality issues, please contact us using the inquiry form at the bottom of the page.
If you are unable to receive the product after it has been shipped for some reason, we may forward it to the orderer or return it to our company, and charge you for the product price and shipping fees.
Q. Can I get a receipt or a delivery note?
A. We issue electronic receipts (credit card payments only). You can issue a receipt via the order form or My Page.
You can print out a receipt as a PDF file from your My Page the day after the product has been shipped. Receipts cannot be issued in the case of returns or cancellations.
For cash on delivery, Sagawa Express will handle the collection of the payment, so please use the receipt issued by Sagawa Express.
For deferred payment, the official receipt is the "payment receipt" on the invoice "payment handling slip." In the case of a bank, the receipt is the "transfer slip."
For prepayment at a convenience store, the receipt issued by the convenience store will be the official receipt.
Q. I haven't received my deferred payment invoice.
A. The deferred payment invoice will be sent by mail from Net Protections, Inc. and will arrive at your registered address approximately one week after the product arrives.
Q. Can I send it overseas?
A. Please contact us using the inquiry form for overseas shipping.
