Deep fried chicken with roasted green tea batter
The fragrant aroma of roasted green tea makes your usual fried chicken even more delicious.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Roasted tea leaves
- 1 tbsp
- Chicken thigh
- 200g
- Tempura flour
- 40g
- water
- 60ml
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- lemon
- 1/2
- parsley
- As appropriate
How to make it
1. Sprinkle salt on chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Dissolve tempura flour in water and dip bite-sized pieces of chicken thighs into the batter.
3. Place the chicken thighs in a tray and sprinkle with roasted green tea leaves.
4. Fry 3 in 160-170 degree oil for about 10 minutes.
5. Place on a plate and garnish with lemon or other sprinkles if desired.
