About Shipping
How long will it take to deliver after I place an order?
It depends on the ordered products, quantity, and options. We will confirm the price after discussing with you by email or phone.
*Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.

I want to send to multiple addresses
For customers placing large orders and shipping to 10 or more locations, we will send you a sheet for registering your shipping address. We would appreciate it if you could fill it in.

Can I issue a receipt?
After your item has been shipped, you can download an invoice-compatible receipt in PDF format from the order confirmation email, product shipping notification email, or from the order list page on your My Page.
