We have just launched a new "Store Pickup" service, which allows you to receive your online orders directly without shipping ! This service is perfect for those who are in a hurry or want to save on shipping costs, as you can receive your items without having to wait for them to be delivered to your home. In addition, Kuramae Warehouse will start selling merchandise from Tuesday, December 3rd. We will be offering a small gift to those who visit the store on a first-come, first-served basis! Please take advantage of this opportunity!
Store pickup procedure
1. Select a product and add it to your cart
Select the product you want from the online store, add it to your cart, and proceed to the payment screen.
2. Select "Pick up in store" as the shipping method
When the store location (Kuramae Warehouse) is displayed, in-store pickup is available.
* If you see the message "There are no available pickup locations," in-store pickup is not available (gift-wrapped items, terrines, and some other products).
3. Complete your order
Make sure that the shipping method field says "Pick up at store/Kuramae Warehouse" and press the "Confirm order" button.
4. Procedure complete
It will take about 2-4 days to prepare the product. Please check the order confirmation email for the approximate date and time when you can receive the product.
5. Receive a confirmation email
We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up, so you can come by at a time that is convenient for you. We look forward to seeing you!
