How to Apply

1. Follow the official Yamamotoyama X account (@yamamotoyama_jp) (hereinafter referred to as "our account").

2. During the campaign period, repost the campaign post pinned at the top of our account.
   *Please note that if you repost using a private account, your application will be invalid.

Lottery method

1. After the campaign period ends, the winners will be determined through a strict lottery.

2. The winners will be contacted via direct mail from the official Yamamotoyama X account on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

3. Please note that if you do not reply by the specified deadline after receiving the winning DM, your winning rights will be invalidated.

Application Terms

If you wish to apply for the "Yamamotoyama Official X Koikuchi Sencha Giveaway Campaign - Follow & Repost to win 'Winter Limited Edition Koikuchi Sencha'" (hereinafter "this Campaign") run by Yamamotoyama Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company"), please read the following application terms and conditions carefully and apply only if you agree. Please note that those who apply for this Campaign will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

• In this campaign, we will select winners from those who follow our account and repost our designated posts (including articles and images) on X, and present them with the prizes set out in this campaign.

• Applications are limited to one per person.

• Applications are accepted from outside Japan, but if you are selected, product shipping will be limited to addresses within Japan.

• If an applicant is under the age of 18, they must obtain parental consent in advance before posting, and an applicant under the age of 18 will be deemed to have obtained parental consent once they have completed posting.

• Employees of our company are not permitted to apply.

• If you delete your X account, change your account name, or make your account private after submitting your application, your application will be invalid.

• If you unfollow our account, your application will be invalid.

• Your application will be void if it is not an official post, such as if you repost a third party's post or repost without using X's standard functions.

• If an application is submitted using a fraudulent account (fictitious account, an account impersonating another person, multiple accounts by the same person, etc.) (including cases that violate X's terms of use), the application will be void.

• If we are unable to contact you about your win due to reasons related to your own circumstances, such as if we are unable to send you a direct message (rejection of receipt) at the time of your win, your winning rights will be invalidated.

• If you do not submit your shipping address information by the deadline, your winnings will be void.

• Applicants will be responsible for any connection fees and communication fees incurred when participating in this campaign.

• Any other fraudulent activity occurring in relation to your campaign application may result in your application being invalidated without notice.

• Prizes cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Participation rights cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned after they have been received.

• We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize after it has been received.

• Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding prizes.

• When using X, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as X's terms and conditions.

• We are not responsible for any account restrictions or freezing caused by posting to this campaign.

• This campaign is in no way affiliated with X or X Corp.

Prohibited acts

Any posts or actions that fall under any of the following are prohibited. Please note that such posts will not be considered valid entries for this campaign.

• Copyrights and other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights and other rights of third parties

• Posts that infringe or may infringe on interests

• Posts that slander our company, our products, or others

• Posts using bot functions or for-profit posts

• Posts that induce criminal activity

• Posts containing obscenity, child pornography, or photos that encourage the sexual exploitation of children, or other posts that may offend third parties

• Posts that include personal information or acts that interfere with the operation of this campaign

• Any other acts similar to those listed in the preceding items

• Any personal information provided in relation to this campaign will be used only for the purpose of delivering prizes to the winners and contacting them regarding this matter.

• Personal information provided in connection with this campaign will not be provided to third parties unless the applicant gives consent.
