Houjicha pound cake with nuts

Ingredients (18×8×5cm pound cake mold )
- Unsalted butter
- 100g
- Granulated sugar
- 80g
- Whole eggs
- 90g
- salt

- (A) Soft flour

- (A) Baking powder
- 2g
- Nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, etc.)
- 15-20g
How to make it
1. Bring the eggs and butter to room temperature. Put the butter in a bowl and mix until it becomes creamy. Then add the granulated sugar in 2 or 3 batches and mix well.
2. Add the whole eggs to 1 in 3-4 batches and mix well.
3. Add salt and stir again.
4. Sift in (A) and mix in a cutting motion.
5. Place a baking sheet in the mold and place nuts on the bottom. Then pour in the batter and even it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
6. Take it out once and make cuts on the surface of the dough.
7. Bake in a 160℃ oven for 40 minutes. If you insert a skewer into it and no raw batter comes out, it's ready!
