This high-quality tea dessert is handmade by a skilled pastry chef using roasted green tea, which is made from carefully selected tea leaves that are slowly roasted to give it a fragrant flavor.
We use domestically grown Japanese chestnuts that bring out the flavor of roasted green tea. We intentionally crushed them roughly so that you can enjoy the texture.
