How to reset your password

Password setting procedure

Thank you for always using the Yamamotoyama Online Shop.
We have completely revamped our online store to make it even easier for you to use.
As a result, we are asking customers who have previously registered to reset their passwords in order to transfer their membership information.

*Please be sure to reset your password using the email we have sent you. Setting your password via "Forgot your password?" on the login screen will not complete your registration.

1. Check your "Account Activation" email

Please check the email you have received from Yamamotoyama Online Shop regarding "activating your account" (or an invitation to visit the new Yamamotoyama website).

*If you cannot find the email, please contact us here .

2. Click the "Reset password" button in the email.

At the bottom of the email there is a button that says "Reset Password." Please click here.

3. Enter your new password on the password reset page

You will be taken to the password setting page of the new site.
Enter your desired password, enter it again to confirm, and then click the "Reset" button.

4. Go to My Page and complete the setup

Once you have completed setting your password, you will be automatically redirected to your account page.
If your customer information and past order history are displayed on your My Page, the setup is complete.

Reset Password

If you have previously registered as a member and have a purchase history, please enter your email address and click the "Receive reset email" button. Once you receive the email, please follow the steps above to reset your password.

*Please note that our spam filter may have treated our email as spam and moved it to your spam folder or trash. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your spam folder or trash.

*In addition, some carrier email addresses such as docomo, au, and Softbank, and some email domains may be refusing to receive emails from our store due to security settings. Please set your email settings to allow you to receive emails from the following domains.

*If you have tried the above and still have not received the reset email, we apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please try registering a new account with a different email address? If you let us know, we will merge your past customer information.
