How to brew delicious new tea (for three people)
Tea leaves: 8g Water temperature: 80℃ Time: 40 seconds Water volume: 300ml
Brewing procedure (for three people)
1. Pour 300ml of boiling water into teacups and allow to cool to around 80℃.
2. Put about 8g (one and a half tablespoons) of tea leaves into the teapot.
3. Slowly pour the cooled water into the teapot.
4. After about 40 seconds, pour the tea into the teacups little by little, until you get to the last delicious drop.
