Seaweed and butter
This dish is a perfect combination of fluffy buttered potatoes and the flavor of seaweed.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Nori (half cut)
1 sheet
potato
4 to 6 small ones
Butter (salted)
About 30g
salt
A little (as much as you like)
How to make it
1. Boil the potatoes with the skin on until a skewer can be inserted easily.
2. Peel the skin. It will be hot, so it is best to wrap it in kitchen paper while peeling it.
3. Crumble lightly and put butter on top while it is still hot. Sprinkle salt on top to adjust the saltiness to your liking.
4. Finally, tear off some nori and place it on top.
