A simple mini parfait recipe with the aroma of roasted green tea!
Hojicha mini parfait
This roasted green tea mini parfait, with its beautiful jelly color, is also recommended for adults.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
Whipped cream
50ml
Vanilla Ice Cream
100ml
(A) Roasted tea leaves
7-8g
(A) Gelatin
2.5g
(A) Water
80ml
(B) Gelatin
2.5g
(B) Water
80ml
How to make it
1. Make roasted green tea with the water in A, mix it with gelatin and make roasted green tea jelly. Make water jelly with the water and gelatin in B and set it in the refrigerator.
2. Once the jelly has set, cut it into 1cm cubes.
3. Place the two-colored jelly cut into cubes randomly into a glass or other container.
4. Place vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top, and top with roasted tea leaves.
5. Finished!
