"Yamamotoyama Kahei" is a sushi kaiseki restaurant that is open only in the evenings, occupying the counter seats of "Fujie Sabo" facing Chuo-dori in Nihonbashi.
Enjoy a new dining experience with fine tea and seaweed in a specially appointed space that exudes an extraordinary atmosphere.

Food and Yamamotoyama
We offer dishes that can only be enjoyed at Yamamotoyama, combining sushi prepared right in front of you by a skilled chef, ingredients that evoke the traditions of Japanese cuisine and the four seasons of Japan, with Yamamotoyama's high-quality tea and seaweed.
Seasonal menu (evening kaiseki)

The course begins with a dish using Yamamotoyama's finest seaweed, "Nihonbashi," and then mixes seasonal essences with tea and seaweed to create a dish to be enjoyed with all five senses. The course then continues with a sushi course that includes the powerful and deep flavor of "soft-shelled turtle," a delicacy unique to Japanese cuisine, and concludes with eight pieces of seasonal nigiri.
